A: Rocket Yoga is a modern style of yoga created by Larry Schultz in the late 1980s. It is a dynamic and challenging practice that is based on the traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga but with modifications and variations that make it more accessible to all levels of practitioners. The Rocket series consists of a sequence of postures that combine the different series of the Ashtanga sequences, such as the Primary, Intermediate, and Advanced Series, as well as incorporating elements of other yoga styles, such as Yin Yoga and Vinyasa Flow. Rocket Yoga emphasizes the connection between breath and movement, and it aims to promote strength, flexibility, and balance in both body and mind.
